You know why I named him Mega Aflac? The duck I named Aflac a while ago was a Brown Khaki Campbell duck, and I still have him today, so I could not name two ducks Aflac. I named the new one Mega Aflac, because he is also bigger than Aflac! If two ducks had the same name, you wouldn't be able to tell which is which. I put a yellow and red leg band on some of my ducks to identify them, and so I'll know which duck is which.
In this photo, I am reading with Mega Aflac, and teaching him how to stay alive with the book "What's Killing My Chickens" by Gail Damerow. I learned how to predator proof my chicken and duck coop from various types of predators. And I learned where the predators live, and how to identify what type of predator was in the coop. So, Mega Aflac is 2 months old now, and should be fully grown within a few weeks. Mega Aflac cannot lay eggs because he is a male. Thank you for reading this weird website!

AuthorI was inspired by my chickens and ducks to do "Ducky Comics." I have done a fundraiser for 4-H, and plan to continue doing so in the future. -Henry, 14 Archives
